Return Policy

Guitar San Diego has a 2 day return policy from the date of receipt. The Customer must contact us by phone or email by the end of the second day to notify us the item is being returned and receive return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Special orders, custom orders, consignment sales, used guitars and shipping charges are not refundable. If item is altered or damaged while in customer's possession no refund will be given. If an item is returned and the free shipping option was chosen for delivery, the the actual cost of shipping that item will be deducted from any refund or credit offered.
